We are leadership development professionals Jetske van Heusden and Georg R. Fisch.

Our joint work as executive coaches for participants to the Executive MBA programs at the Rotterdam School of Management (The Netherlands) and the University of Cologne Executive School (Germany) initially brought us together. We have combined our two businesses and created a joint undertaking focusing exclusively on leadership development.

We share a passion to inspire individuals and teams to connect with themselves and others. We hold the space in which individuals and organizations can step up to the best version of themselves. Our depth and breadth of experience allow us to provide value both in small-scale interventions as well as enterprise-wide change initiatives. 

We leverage a combined 50 years of substantive experience as international corporate executives, advisors, consultants and instructional designers in the Organizational Talent and Leadership Development, Human Resources, Procurement and Legal, Ethics and Compliance spaces. And as certified coaches accredited by the International Coaching Federation we bring along over 3.000 hours of individual and team coaching in assisting our clients in leading successful change.
